Storyboard and Learning Objectives
The course's learning objective is to inform a new employee who has an important skillset unrelated to agriculture the basics of agriculture. This allows the learner to understand the basic fundamentals of the organization's mission statement and strategy.
Design Choices
The course provides plenty of imagery to engage the learners visually. Additionally it incorporates several interactive elements such as carousels, labeled graphic blocks, and quiz elements to engage critical thinking and to not overwhelm the learner with excessive text.
Custom Video Elements
The videos within the course content were created custom utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. These allow breaks from reading for the learner and engages dense information more readily for the learners. Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) was used to create the voiceover.
